Some older versions of DV don't like floppies. Sometimes my new version gets
wacky. I try to leave floppies out of Multitasking, if I can.

Last time I asked the sysop of Quarterdeck's BBS, (two days ago), he said that
neither QEMM 5.0 or DV 2.26 are ready yet.

If you're using an ACC, I assume you're using QEMM? Sounds
like you've got QEMM set up to use the color video area for
LOADHI and such, and when your video card writes to that area
in CGA mode, everything crashes. Mixing CGA and mono may mean
that you have to leave both video areas free of QEMM's
managment paws.

If you've got my original message around, reread it. I'm not using DV - the
problem occurs under QEMM alone.
